University Transfers questions

Which Perth universities do you cover?

UWA in Crawley, Curtin in Bentley, Murdoch, ECU at Joondalup and Mount Lawley, and the CBD campuses are all standard destinations with their own route pages and fixed fares. Any residential college or off-campus address in those suburbs is covered the same way.

What happens if the flight is delayed?

Arrival transfers track the flight, so the driver is inside the terminal when the aircraft actually lands rather than when it was scheduled to. Delays, diversions and long immigration queues cost nothing extra.

Can parents book and pay from overseas?

Bookings are made and confirmed in writing in advance with the price fixed at the time of booking, which is the usual arrangement for a first arrival — the student carries a confirmation rather than cash and a name.

When should a semester-start transfer be booked?

February and July arrival weeks are the busiest of the year for this route. Book several days ahead for those windows; outside them, a day or two is generally enough.
